Trick or Treat..!!! Yup, that’s what children keep saying over and over again every Halloween night on October 31st, knocking every neighbors’ door asking for trick or treat. People are wearing Halloween costume at that night. Some look scary, some look funny, some look silly, but there are some other that looks pretty. Pretty Halloween costumes?? Why not? Halloween costume doesn’t have to be scary, does it?

Halloween costumes can be anything that is unique and you feel fun wearing it. But don’t forget to think about Halloween costume safety as well when choosing your costume. It looks like small matter, but important. For example, wearing a costume with knives everywhere and bleeding look would be “so Halloween”, but hey… watch out for the people near you fellow, they can get hurt by your knives!

Honestly I don’t really know about the history of this Halloween tradition, because it’s not really a tradition in my country. All I know is just every October 31st people are dressed up with Halloween costume and have some party with their family and friends. But even though Halloween is not really a tradition here, many people in my country are celebrating and making Halloween party as well on October 31st. Just for fun, and yeah it’s a real fun!

I myself had my first Halloween party when I was in high school. The costume I wore?? I couldn’t really say what the theme actually was, because I was just mixed it up. I remember I was all in black: black blouse, black skirt, and covered with black-Dracula robe on the outside Then I also use dark make-up—smokey eyes, dark lipstick… Well, should I say it was a Dracula costume? I don’t know, but I didn’t feel like a Dracula at that time Argh, if only I still had the picture of it, maybe you could tell me what costume actually that was :lol:
